    this is the very best of the tvs - it took me along time to make my mind up over this unit but am rather pleased i chose it over the pioneer. Excellent all rounder - you want the proof get a copy of the first episode of Planet Earth absolutely stunning picture quality - and thats just off sky digital not tried the HD yet but cant wait.     this is truely awsome bit of kit the picture just blows me away every time i watch it . and thats just from dvd and sky+ on scart leads and i havent even got gold ones yet , or used the HDMI plug yet which by others reviews i have read makes it even better
    the sound is awsome too it has subs in the bottem of the frame and speakers up the side panels

    • Pros: Great Picture quality, great connection options
    • Cons: Very large frame with the built in speakers

    Spent 5 months trying to decide on a purchase of a 42" screen. After viewing several screens side by side the TH42 PV500 blew everything away.
