TH42 PV500

  • Pros: Great Picture quality, great connection options
  • Cons: Very large frame with the built in speakers

Spent 5 months trying to decide on a purchase of a 42" screen. After viewing several screens side by side the TH42 PV500 blew everything away.

Great solid blacks, no smearing, ghosting, plays dvd;s with such fantastic depth. Freeview is excellent and the quality is much better than the poor quality sky rubbish. Normal tv is not to bad, but why would you want to watch it, when the freeview is so good.

I opted for the Panny stand and it houses 3 shelves for my various AV equipment.

Top quality set and would really give it 5 stars.
