      Sanyo PLC-XL50: How to Buy a Business Projector

      Review summary: projector, with most of the differences counting very much in its favor. It doesn't look like most projectors, and its shape defies easy description. Unlike most projectors, its measured brightness is higher than the rated brightness (2,000 lumens) ...

      Pros: Incredibly short throw, with 75-inch diagonal image at 3 inches from screen. Bright image. Vibrant colors.

      Cons: Big and heavy. Setup takes more work than with most projectors. Maximum 80-inch diagonal image.

      Verdict: The Sanyo PLC-XL50 delivers a high-quality image from such a short distance that you can stand less than a foot in front of the screen without casting shadows.
