Great Support

We brought a second hand car, and the Garmin Nuvi 350 was thrown in as part of the deal! I actually tell people I brought a Sat Nav and got a free car thrown in. However it is brilliant, and I have found it very easy to use, however I decided to upgrade its programme and install some POI's on to it, and disaster it froze! However I rang Garmin, who after tryin numerous differne;t things to get it working, asked me to send it back. Three days later I got a BRAND NEW in the box Garmin Nuvi 350, with all the leads and window suction mount etc. I have not had a lot of expereince with other units apart from a very old Garmin, but I receomend the unit and the customer service it is 5* all the way!

Shame about the voices, I actually find the man's voice is slightly less annoying - If only Garmin would bring out a few fun ones!?
