PHOTOSMART 3310

Pros: All in one
Cons: Too complicated software

I bought the 3310 allin one to save space. However I have found it complex to use ,probably owing to the fact that the software has changed since I bought it.
As it was not scanning properly I tried to reinstall but the driver disc did not read properly and the downloaded drive was not usable.
I spent almost 10 hours at different times with the service centre, but owing to language difficulties I got nowhere. After three weeks I am still waiting for a driver disc, the first one was addressed incorrectly because of language problems. The second disc still has not arrived.
