Who needs 1080p anyway?

Pros: Excellent SD & HD picture, The optional cabinet is gorgeous!
Cons: 1024/720 resolution. (but who cares when the picture's this good!!!)

This unit is quite simply class leading in the 37" field.
After some tweaking of the picture options i was amazed at how good the picture looked through all standard def' sources(i.e Freeview & DVD).
Had my doubts about flatpanels and S.D broadcasts but the Panny put my fears to rest, and as the panel "beds in" the picture is getting better all the time!
Xbox 360 looks stunning on either 1080i or 720p (i preffered 720p but to be honest, the difference was virtually non existent).
Menu's and remote v/easy to use so you will be up and running in no time.
If you're not going beserk over this 1080p (full H.D) trend and just want to enjoy standard def didital TV or Sky H.D then this unit must be considered before you make your final decision. P.S Panasonic offering FREE 5 year warranty if bought in participating stores during June, SO HURRY!!!
