Optoma MovieTime DV10 -

The Optoma DV10 is a great piece of kit. With its built in DVD player you have an instant portable cinema. The unit is designed to be floor or table mounted, and with its internal speakers designed so you really sit behind it. The sound quality from the speakers is exceptional, but just not too loud. You really need to hook it up to a seperate speaker system - but then you would anyway to generate that cinema feel. The picture quality is superb with a myriad of settings and adjustments - and the throw on it seems to give a huge picture. The DVD player seems basic but functional but with the AV input at the back very easy to send your picture from your sky box or TV. I have a wireless picture sender unit hooked up to my cable box and this works a treat, otherwise you will have wires running around. At least 2 friends have gone out and bought one of these since getting mine, and if you shop around on Kelkoo you'll find a good bargain. Definately a worthwhile piece of kit to have - who needs a plasma screen?
