Pros: My general impression of the phone is fine.
Cons: Provider is the issue

I paid Foneplanet.com £400 for what was a second hand Nokia 8800. The phone which was professed to be new had clearly been used in that it still had text messages and pictures in its memory from the previous owner, was scratched and only included one damaged battery. When I called to complain, the level of service was as disappointing, call centre operatives did not return calls, lied about their names etc. This is a mom pop shop with a few guys in a garage displaying nothing less than fraudulent behavior. Very disappointed by Foneplanet.com. I would never shop there again.
