Will keep it short as there has been so much said about the N95 covering its many strengths and one or two short comings.
As for the phones battery life, Having used a good number of mobiles, I've never found a phone that has given me adequate battery life! If am intending to use the phone beyond its batteries life expectancy I take a spare (or spares) to provide the power I need. The slight inconvenience of battery changing is far outweighed by the many advanced functions and capabilities of the N95 (. OK it may not have a touch screen but when you have a truly powerful and advanced smart phone (and classic kewl looks thrown in) a lack of touch screen is simply not the issue. (however I may be envious, still tied to my contract, when Nokia release its touch screen 'true' successor to the N95 8Gb.
On the subject of contract, I'm with 3 mobile. Am more than happy with 3's 'intelligent' approach to data charging - 1GB of on-line use for a fiver! Can relax and put the N95 to proper use, No more sleepless nights worrying about the next bill and massive data charges! Good luck to new N95 8GB owners, the N95 8GB seems to have made good the issue or two noted by N95 users.
