TomTom 510

  • Pros: Easy to use, Multi-voltage ready
  • Cons: Poor customer service, Feedback to to tom - Very difficult

I bought the 510 US version while in Houston. I decided to test it out the 1st day and it had me going down streets the wrong way. Some addresses it does not recognise at all, even long standing addresses. This unit uses the same map supplier as Google (navteq) but google has more accurate information. I have never found ggogle to let me down whereas my 510 has several times. It is less accurate than the Magellan used in Hertz rental cars in the USA
