When I first purchased this TV I noticed that the TV would turn itself of occasionally, but I ignored this as a common glitch, now the TV turns itself off and on with no picture.

The TV it only 2 yrs old hardly used, im really pissed off as I paid £1499 for the bloody thing and won't buy again from LG.

I think the TV is ok, But The After-Sell Service is VERY POOR.
LG dont offer a replacement TV when you have a problem with your TV and trying to get them to answer your phone calls or emails is IMPOSSIBLE.
IF you are going to but an LCD TV. Spend your money on an other Seller.
LG is the WORST company I have every dealt with for customer service. This was one happy LG customer who will not buy LG ... Read Full Review »

Bought TV about begining of June and yesterday it blew up phoned LG most unhelpful told going to collect friday Morning and will take 3 weeks no replacement offered so to do without a TV for 3 weeks waiting on a call back from Manager, not good customer service. I purchased this model about 8 weeks ago. It blew up last week - so much for reliability. When offered a replacement - which is now over £300 cheaper by the way - I was told this model is about to become obselete, hence the price difference. The remote only toggles between On and Standby - not good for saving electricity. Please think carefully before buying. I would not buy LG (Little good!) ag... Read Full Review »

to be honest i cant fault this tv so far. cant agree with comments that say " the black is more like grey" .its a very good picture all round, the black looks black to me, god knows how the grey came into it @ billy Read Full Review »
