TomTom GO 910- Pros: Wide Screeen

Both crashed after using the home dock and we had wait for the battery to run down before it would reset itself. There is a distinct lack of support from TomTom. TOMTOM GO 510
TomTom GO 910- Pros: Ease of use fast to find satellites
- Cons: charging problem
I have had the Go 510 for 4 months now - after 2 months it started to get a problem whereby it wouldnt hold its charge and kept going flat - went back to tomtom once, twice, thrice, FOUR times and still the problem remains - the unit bounces up and down on the car dock and I belive this weakens the pins on the PCB where the car dock plugs in - the pins are only held on by a bit of solder! tomtom 910 not all that it seems
TomTom GO 910- Pros: easy to use: fast lock on
- Cons: poor screen mount: ILLEGAL in some states

It surely is not right that this information appears only in the small print of an addendum at the back of the user manual. - Cons: Docking system not too good on curved windscreen. Can drop off.

I had little time to practice before taking it on an extended tour of Europe. I found it to be an excellent device, delivering us right to the entrance of isolated camp sites on many occasions.
